Christopher Nolan’s upcoming movie “Tenet” is undoubtedly one of the highly anticipated movies of this year. The film, which was originally scheduled to hit theaters on July 17, has been pushed back for two weeks due to the coronavirus pandemic.
It will be one of the first films to open in theaters after they closed their doors to the public to prevent the spread of the disease.

According to Deadline, Nolan also explained that “Tenet” is the most ambitious film in his professional career and is designed for the ultimate “audience experience.”
He believes that the movie should be experienced on the “big screen.”
“We are in the final throes of it. I do not want to say too much about it other than we are extraordinarily excited about what we have been able to do with this material. I think of all the films that I have made, this is perhaps the one that is most designed for the audience experience, the big screen experience. This is a film whose image and sound needs to be enjoyed in your theaters on the big screen,” Nolan said.
Later in his video message, he praised John David Washington for his impeccable acting skills. Nolan claimed that the actor has given an “iconic performance” as a protagonist. He concluded his message by saying that he will be eagerly waiting for the audience's reaction.
“The movie has an incredible ensemble cast led by John David Washington who gives the most extraordinary and iconic performance as the protagonist at the heart of Tenet and I cannot wait for you guys to see what he’s done with his character. I am very much looking forward to sharing the film with you. I am going to get back to finishing it right now and I look forward to your reaction,” Nolan said.
The movie also stars Robert Pattinson, Kenneth Branagh, Aaron Taylor-Johnson, Elizabeth Debicki, Michael Caine, Clemence Poesy, Himesh Patel, and Dimple Kapadia in pivotal roles.
“Tenet” is slated to release in theaters on July 31, 2020.
