Is Ciara Pregnant With Russell Wilson’s Baby? Singer Cursed Seattle Seahawks, Some Fans Say
Even though Seattle Seahawks quarterback Russell Wilson is dating “I Bet” singer Ciara, some of his fans aren’t happy about it. Even more, the R&B singer might be pregnant with his child, the blog Media Take Out wrote in an exclusive report Sunday.
The news sounds surprising since the couple took a vow of celibacy, but two sources reported the news to MTO, the publication said. They claimed her normally taut tummy seemed more like a burgeoning baby bump at her concert in Las Vegas Friday.
Ciara, 29, and Wilson, 26, haven’t responded to the pregnancy rumors. They also haven’t paid any attention to the “Ciara curse” rumors.
Since the Seahawks are in third place in the NFC West, with four losses and two wins, some of Wilson’s fans are blaming his girlfriend for “cursing” their team. A GoFundMe page was created to convince the singer and NFL star to break up, Black Sports Online wrote. The page has a goal of $50,000. The idea behind the page is that the career of Ciara’s ex-fiancé, Future Hendrix, took off after they split. Also, Wilson was divorcing his wife, Ashton Meem, when the Seahawks won Super Bowl XLVIII.
“Us Seahawks fans would love to see our team winning again,” the page, which has now been removed, supposedly read.“After seeing how great Future Hendrix career has been since Ciara broke up with him. We think the same thing can happen to Russell Wilson again!! After his wife cheated on him he won his first Super Bowl. We’re certain his next big breakup will encourage a rebound of epic proportions.” The creator added: “So to do this we’re gonna get Ciara’s career back on track so she has no time to be in a relationship. Donate to save our Seahawks!!”
Ciara and Wilson started dating in the spring and went to the White House Correspondents Dinner as their first public event. Since then, Ciara has been spotted at Seahawks training camps and games. She even brings along her son, Future Zahir, much to the ire of Future Hendrix.
