Ciara, Russell Wilson Make Stunning Red Carpet Appearance At BET Awards

Sunday marked the red carpet debut of the latest hot celebrity couple -- singer Ciara and NFL quarterback Russell Wilson. The two looked stunning at the BET Awards in Los Angeles, wearing coordinated outfits and seeming very happy together.

The “Like A Boy” singer brought her Seattle Seahawk boyfriend to the award show, reported E! News, where they posed for photos on the red carpet. The 29-year old singer wore a dark gold sleek-fitted gown, adorned with intricate beading that perfectly matched Wilson’s suit jacket.

The two reportedly took a short break from their relationship a while back, but things are looking up for the couple, who have been spotted on dates with each other -- even to a state dinner at the White House. Wilson shared the experience on Instagram, writing, "Dancing at The @WhiteHouse to Prince & Stevie Wonder w/ my lady @Ciara. Thanks Mr. President & First Lady! #IsntSheLovely #Blessed."

According to Us Weekly, Ciara gushes over Wilson, describing the athlete as “an awesome person” during her interview with Hot 97 last month. "I've always had this thing for a rebel. I was pretty consistent," said Ciara when asked about her dating life. "All I can say to you is he really is an awesome person. … Everything in life is about timing."

The couple also spent a heartwarming day with kids at the Seattle Children’s Hospital earlier this month, reported PerezHilton.com. The quarterback visits the hospital on a weekly basis, and surprised patients when he brought Ciara along with him. The hospital staff even took to Twitter to convey their thanks, writing, “Thank you @DangeRussWilson & @Ciara for a surprise, star-studded evening for our patients. Feeling starstruck.”
