Crypto On Tuesday: BTC Reclaims $20,000, ETH Back Above $1,100

The crypto market turned green Tuesday with Bitcoin (BTC), the world's biggest cryptocurrency, jumping by 6.59% in the last 24 hours and reclaiming the $20,000 price level. The coin held support at the $19,000 price level.
As per CoinMarketCap (CMC), the price of 1 BTC was $20,377 as of 1:40 a.m. ET, while the market dominance of the cryptocurrency rose to 42.47%. Furthermore, the market capitalization of BTC rose to $380.9 billion in the last 24 hours after it reclaimed $20,000.
On the other hand, Ethereum, the world's second-biggest cryptocurrency rose by 9.75% in the last 24 hours, and as per data from CMC, the price of ETH as of 1:43 a.m. was $1,158 and the market dominance of the token rose to 15.33%. Additionally, the market cap of Ether stood at $140.4 billion.
The biggest risers of the day, excluding Bitcoin and Ethereum, were Solana (SOL), BNB, Tron (TRX), Shiba Inu (SHIB), Avalanche (AVAX), and Polygon (MATIC). These tokens rose by 10%, 8.6%, 4.9%, 7.69%, 9.74% and 16.15%, respectively. The prices of these cryptocurrencies as of 1:47 a.m. ET were $36, $235.4, $0.068, $0.0000107, $18.11 and $0.528, respectively.
Almost every cryptocurrency, including meme coins, metaverse tokens, DeFi protocol tokens and exchange tokens, was green today. Some of the lesser-known cryptocurrencies that surged today include Loopring (LRC) which surged 10.9%, Stacks (STX) which jumped 9.39%, and Enjin Coin (ENJ) which jumped 15.8%, along with Move-to-Earn game token Stepn (GMT) which jumped 20%.
