‘Dancing With The Stars’ 2015 Winner Predictions: Who Will Win Season 21? [POLL]
The coveted Mirror Ball trophy is back up for grabs! But which contestant from the star-studded Season 21 cast of “Dancing With the Stars” will take home the sparkling statuette? Well, we have our theories on who might just end up with the glistening award by the end of the 2015 installment, which is set to air Monday, Sept. 14.
Fans of the hit ABC series got a glimpse of the Season 21 participant’s skill levels when each of the 13 red carpet stars shook it out in a promo video for the upcoming installment. In the video, the competitors took on the hit dance craze the Whip/Nae Nae sound tracked to Silento’s chart-topping tune “Watch Me.” This allowed audiences to see just how graceful and… well, talented, the Season 21 contestants would be when they took the ballroom floor during the show’s two-hour premiere.
So, which participants will earn high scores from the judges when the long-running series returns to the small screen? Well, before you make your predictions of which Paso dobling pair could earn the title of “DWTS” winner, here’s some things you should know about the Season 21 cast:
1. Nick Carter Is A Veteran Dancer
Although Carter might not be trained in professional ballroom dancing, the Backstreet Boys member has had his fair of practice in busting some serious moves during music videos and tours. Carter’s experience in the beloved ‘90s boy band may just give him a leg up on the competition that he needs in order to win.
2. Andy Grammer Is No Stranger To “DWTS”
Grammer may be competing for the first time on “DWTS” as a participant, but the “Honey I’m Good” crooner previously made his debut on the foot-tapping series during Season 20 of the ABC show. The singer performed live on the show, sound tracking Derek Hough and Nastia Liukin’s feisty Charleston routine. And during that performance, audiences got to watch Grammer shake it out alongside the contestants. (Spoiler alert: He wasn’t half bad!)
3. Alexa PenaVega Has A Few Tricks Up Her Sleeve
The “Spy Kids” star is a force to be reckoned with. Not only did PenaVega portray the role of Penny Pingleton in the Broadway musical production of “Hairspray” in 2007, but according to the actress’ IMDb, she’s also an experienced gymnast. Looks like PenaVega may just score a perfect 10 from the judges!
Who do you think will take home the Mirror Ball trophy during Season 21 of “Dancing With the Stars”? Let us know in the poll below and don’t forget to tune in to the premiere of the hit ABC series on Monday, Sept. 14, at 8 p.m. EDT.
