In the interview, Maks revealed that getting married at the venue had been a dream of his since he first moved to New York as a teenager.
“We have an amazing, amazing space on Long Island, Oheka [Castle]. It’s going to be great,” he said. “I remember when I was passing by this castle when I first immigrated, and [I said,] ‘That’s where I want to have my wedding,’ and I just said it so [casually] and now it’s happening. We went there. It’s perfect. We’re going to have it for two days. They’re closing the whole hotel. It’s going to be unbelievable.”
No other details were revealed regarding what their guests can expect when it comes to their planned nuptials, but the couple aren’t the only ones who have said their “I do’s” at the pricey venue, which has been a favorite among celebrities and politicians the last few years. Here are a few other couples who wed there (in case Maks and Peta need some inspiration):

1. Joey Fatone & Kelly Baldwin:
In September 2004, the singer/actor married his high-school sweetheart in a lavish ceremony at the castle, which his former *NSYNC band members all attended. The extravagant affair featured a carnival with ferris wheel, bumper cars and clowns, a performance by Smash Mouth, and exact replicas of their attire on wedding cakes.
2. Kevin Jonas & Danielle Deleasa:
The musician wed his longtime girlfriend at the venue in December 2009 in true fairytale form. Their wedding included an enchanted forest, and Jonas even gifted his bride with glass slippers to make her feel like Cinderella. The then-future Mrs. Jonas also walked down the aisle to wed her groom to “Bella Notte,” from “Lady and the Tramp.” Jonas’ brothers and former bandmates, Joe and Nick, served as groomsmen at the event.
3. Anthony Weiner & Huma Abedin:
Though they have since separated following the politician’s numerous sexting scandals, the aide to former Presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and the former Congressional rep from New York wed at the castle in 2010, in a ceremony which was officiated by former President Bill Clinton.
