This Day For Democrats: Obama Preps For Final Debate
- President Barack Obama will leave Camp David for Boca Raton, Fla., to participate in the third presidential debate at Lynn University.
- Vice President Joe Biden travels to Ohio on Monday, where he will speak at campaign events at the Babe Stearn Community Center in Canton and Lorain High School in Lorain.
- Priorities USA, the super PAC backing President Obama, raised $15.2 million more than its GOP counterpart Restore Our Future, the Center for Responsive Politics reports. Although Restore Our Future towers over Priorities when it comes to total cash raised -- $111.4 million since it was formed last year – the Democratic outside spending organization has picked up more donors in the past two months.
- Over the weekend President Obama won newspaper endorsements in four key swing states: Colorado, North Carolina, Ohio and New Mexico. The president also notably picked up an endorsement from Utah’s Salt Lake City Tribune, which some say is a blow to Mitt Romney, who was unable to earn the support of the largest newspaper in the heavily Mormon state of Utah.
