'Days Of Our Lives' Spoilers: Chad Warns Stefan About Abigail
He has known his brother is attracted to his wife, and now, believing that Stefan is only trying to up his strategy, Chad will issue him a warning about how close he's getting to Abigail on the Thursday, Feb. 22 episode of "Days of Our Lives."
Stefan (Tyler Christopher) has made it clear many times that he has interest in Abigail (Marci Miller), and wouldn't hesitate to pursue a relationship with her if given the chance. That included his sending champagne over to her and Chad (Billy Flynn) on during their Valentine's Day celebration on the NBC soap. Now, Chad will put his foot down and insist his brother quit making passes at his wife, or it will make things even more difficult for them.
However, what Chad, or for that matter, Abigail herself, doesn't know is that Stefan has already been given a hint that he could win her over at some point. When he returned home from Valentine's Day, he was stunned to see a woman in his room—the same woman who had clearly killed Andre (Thaao Penghlis). He had assumed she was Gabi (Camila Banus), only to be shocked when Abigail turned around and revealed herself.
Unfortunately, Abigail still claimed to be Gabi, and not only warned Stefan that he couldn't turn her in for the crime, because she knew he was also in Andre's office the night he was killed, but she also indicated that there could be some attraction between them, and she even pulled him in for a scorching kiss before she left the room. She then returned to the secret passageway where she disposed of the dark wig and coat she was wearing and returned to bed with Chad.
Abigail however does not seem to know that she has been doing this, or that she even has a split personality, but Stefan now knows the truth. And while he likely won't share what he knows with Chad, he may find his brother's insistence he leave his wife alone amusing, since a part of her has made it clear she would be with him if given the chance.
Of course, Stefan could also wind up being concerned, as Chad shouldn't be worried about his plays for Abigail so much as he should be worried about the fact that his wife has had a clear psychotic break once again.
"Days of Our Lives" airs weekdays on NBC.
