‘Days Of Our Lives’ Spoilers: How Will Hope React To Ben And Ciara News?

She ordered him to leave town for good if he wanted the case she was trying to build against him dropped. However, after hearing that Ben not only stayed in Salem but is staying at Ciara’s loft, Hope will become outraged on the Friday, August 17 episode of “Days of Our Lives.”

Hope (Kristian Alfonso) was trying to build a case that proved Ben (Robert Scott Wilson) had tried to kill Ciara (Victoria Konefal) by setting the cabin they’d been staying in on fire on the NBC soap, but couldn’t get a hold of any evidence to prove it. She finally cut him a deal that if he left town for good and never came back, and more importantly, stayed away from her daughter, then she would close the case officially and he wouldn’t face charges. Ben had agreed to the plan but is still in town. Now, Hope will likely learn that he is staying at the loft with Ciara, Claire (Olivia Keegan) and Tripp (Lucas Adams) and will become infuriated as a result.

After their deal, Ben ran into Ciara, and she asked him not to leave town, telling him she would stand by his side and help him fight against everyone who refused to give him a second chance, including her mother. He had tried to stay at the Salem shelter but was kicked out because of overcrowding, so Ciara offered him a place to stay at the loft. Tripp refused to let him live there but was out-voted when Claire unexpectedly agreed to let Ben stay there as well. Now, Tripp is likely to let this happen without a continued battle, and will likely bring Ben’s new living arrangements to Hope’s attention.

Hope was already aware Ben had gone to the shelter and had hoped he had left Salem after having nowhere to stay. When she learns that he is still in Salem after all, and has no intentions to leave, she will be livid. Now, she may become more determined than ever to find proof that he is still someone who can’t be trusted, and could wind up doing whatever it takes to get him forcibly removed from her daughter’s life.

Still, Ciara refuses to give up, and the battle between mother and daughter will only continue to grow as a result.
