'Devious Maids' Season 3 Spoilers: Episode 5 Synopsis Released; What Will Happen In 'The Talk Of The Town'?
Who is Louie Becker? That’s the question left on every “Devious Maids” fans’ mind following the airing of Season 3, episode 4. In “Since You Went Away,” audiences learned that the severed body parts scattered throughout Beverly Hills belonged to Louie, a professional tennis player who also happened to be a member at the same hoity-toity country club as Gail (Julie Claire) and Michael (Brett Cullen).
Gail dished to the police following the discovery that Louie had his fair share of dark secrets -- like his obsession with wealthy women. And according to Gail, it wasn’t so long ago that he ended a relationship with a well off socialite on a pretty terrible note. We initially thought Gail was referring to Taylor (Brianna Brown) -- especially after Michael suspected her of cheating and not to mention she’s pretty suspicious. (Seriously, did she kill Blanca [Naya Rivera]?)
However, Louie’s lover turned out to be none other than Genevieve (Susan Lucci). According to the synopsis for episode 5, rightfully titled “The Talk of the Town,” Zoila (Judy Reyes) will discover a “secret” from her employers past -- and we theorize it will have something to do with Louie.
Meanwhile, Rosie (Dania Ramirez) will continue to struggle with the reprise of her first love, which has left her torn between Ernesto (Cristian de la Fuente) and Spence (Grant Show). And it looks like Rosie won’t be the only maid with man drama. Apparently, Marisol (Ana Ortiz) will try her best to fight her attraction to the oh, so sexy Jesse (Nathan Owens) -- although we don’t see why she should. Not only is Jesse easy on the eyes, but he’s also the best maid Marisol has ever hired!
Viewers can also expect more side-splitting scenes between Carmen (Roselyn Sanchez) and Adrian (Tom Irwin) as the two continue their odd relationship. In episode 4, Adrian tricked Carmen into helping fulfill his S&M desires by faking a back injury. He then begged Carmen to walk on his back with her heels.
But Carmen wasn’t naïve. She quickly figured out that Adrian was using her for sex. But she didn’t care -- especially when Adrian offered her a pretty penny to continue bossing him around. Carmen even got to use her business deal with Adrian to make Sebastien (Gilles Marini) jealous. Could his jealousy be enough to have him leave his wife for Carmen?
The summary reveals Carmen will be outwitted by Adrian in episode 5, which means audiences can anticipate some more laughs come Monday’s installment. The synopsis concludes that Taylor will “reach her breaking point” in the upcoming episode. Does this mean fans will finally learn whether or not Mrs. Stappord was involved in the Beverly Hills murders or responsible for Blanca’s disappearance?
“Devious Maids” will air episode 5 on Monday, June 29, at 9 p.m. EDT on Lifetime.
