‘Devious Maids’ Season 3 Spoilers: Episode 8 Synopsis Released; What Will Happen In ‘Cries And Whispers’?
Just when you thought you’ve seen it all on “Devious Maids,” something insane, like episode 7’s jaw-dropping death, occurs. Fans of the hit Lifetime drama were forced to say goodbye to yet another character in the Season 3 installment “The Turning Point”: Blanca (Naya Rivera).
When audiences last saw Blanca, a mysterious character dressed in black had placed a bag over her head before dragging her off into the unknown. But in episode 7, viewers learned just where the Stappords' former maid was taken. It was discovered that the unknown, villainous character had kidnapped Blanca and held her prisoner in their basement. But the imprisoned maid wasn’t shackled for long. After attempting to escape, Blanca was hanged from the ceiling of the home that Evelyn (Rebecca Wisocky) was looking to purchase.
According to the synopsis for episode 8, “Cries and Whispers,” Blanca’s former employer Taylor (Brianna Brown) will “struggle to deal with the aftermath of the police’s latest discovery.” Could this cause Taylor to dip back into her “happy pills”? After all, she was the reason Blanca was kidnapped in the first place.
Blanca had become suspicious of the murder that took place in the Stappords' home and was determined to tell Michael (Brett Cullen) about the bloody event that occurred while he was away. Once Taylor caught wind that her maid had loose lips, she made a phone call to a mysterious character. Next thing viewers knew, Blanca is gone.
