‘Devious Maids’ Season 3 Spoilers: Episode 9 Synopsis Released; What Will Happen In ‘Bad Girl’?

Ready for more drama on “Devious Maids”? Because that’s exactly what fans of the Lifetime series are going to get when the Season 3 installment titled “Bad Girl” airs.

So, which one of the ladies inspired the title-choice of episode 9? Well, we have a feeling it's Carmen’s (Roselyn Sanchez) upcoming and dubious behavior that was the motivation behind the title of next week’s installment, set to air Monday, July 27. According to the “Bad Girl" synopsis, Sebastien (Gilles Marini) will “encourage” Carmen to “forge” a relationship with his wife Jacklyn (Michelle Hurd).

In episode 8, Carmen went out on a double date with her lover, her lover’s wife and a fake boyfriend. Sounds awkward, right? But it wasn’t Carmen and Sebastien’s secret romance that ruined the night. Instead, it was her beau's compulsive flirting. During the outing Sebastien got caught flirting with a waitress, forcing Jacklyn to storm out of the restaurant and opening Carmen’s eyes to see how truly terrible her unfaithful lover was.

“Women like us, we don’t need men like that,” Carmen says to Jacklyn, who was unaware that her husband was sleeping with the singer. That’s when Jacklyn laid one on Carmen.

So, why does Sebastien want Carmen to continue seeing his wife? Perhaps it has something to do with the legal bind he’s in. Sebastien previously revealed to Carmen that he couldn’t leave his wife for financial reasons -- if he was to divorce her, he would also be divorcing the cash she brought in. Perhaps Sebastien thinks that Carmen’s seductive ways will push Jacklyn to leave him instead, which would mean he would be able to take half her wealth.

Fingers crossed Carmen doesn’t go through with this potential, manipulative plan!

The episode 9 summary also reveals that Evelyn (Rebecca Wisocky) would have a “big surprise” for Adrian (Tom Irwin) when he returns home from the hospital. Any guesses what Evelyn’s gift might be? Perhaps Mrs. Powell has finally come around to her husband’s lust for pain and will have a fully stocked S&M dungeon waiting for Adrian to play in.

Zoila (Judy Reyes) will uncover a secret about Genevieve (Susan Lucci) in episode 9 -- one that her employer has been keeping from her, the synopsis teases. Oh, no. Is it possible Genevieve might have not told Zoila everything about her ex-lover Louie that was viciously murdered?

Meanwhile, Marisol (Ana Ortiz) will learn some surprising information about Jesse’s (Nathan Owens) past acquaintances and Rosie (Dania Ramirez) will “turn to Spence (Grant Show) while Ernesto (Cristian de la Fuente) is away when she needs help parenting.”

“Devious Maids” will return Monday, July 27, at 9 p.m. EDT on Lifetime.
