Did ‘Total Divas’ Star Nikki Bella Say Happy Anniversary To John Cena?

Following their April engagement, Nikki Bella and John Cena will celebrate another special occasion. Wednesday will mark the wrestling couple’s fifth year together.

The WWE star made sure he shared a sweet message about his wife to be on Twitter when their special day came around. “5 years ago I asked an amazing woman to dinner. Since then she is the best thing to ever happen to me. I love you Nicole. Happy Anniversary,” he wrote.

During his Tuesday appearance on the “TODAY” show, Cena gave Bella a special shout out ahead of the anniversary. “I’ve gotta say happy early anniversary to my loved one out there Nicole, We’re gonna celebrate ours tomorrow,” he said to the camera.

Although Bella has yet to respond to his tweet from Wednesday, she did wish her fiancé a happy early anniversary and replied to his comments on the show. “Awww Looove!! @JohnCena Happy early anniversary!” she wrote.

On the Bella Twins’ Twitter account, one of the famous sisters, most likely Nikki, liked a video of Cena talking about the “Total Divas” star while on “American Grit.”

The wrestler is seen sitting down, when one of the men in the room asks him how he met Bella. “We met at work. She was always just such an upbeat person, she sees the good in people and I like that. We just started talking and then I got the guts one day to ask her on a date,” the star revealed.

Cena admitted that it was a very special night and he remembers every little detail from the evening. “I asked her on a date to a restaurant and we just formed into a couple right then and there. I remember our first kiss in that restaurant and it was beautiful and we’ve had many more since then,” the star added.

Cena then began to apologize for talking about Bella, but explained he just loved her so much. “She’s a great person and I love her family,” he said.

On Tuesday, Bella continued to show her love for her man by posting a photo of the two smiling while gazing into each other’s eyes. “Every moment with him is the best,” she captioned the photo.

Late last month, the star referred to Cena as her “soulmate” and explained that she can always count on him to be by her side. “He supports me, he never complains, he’s always my biggest cheerleader and I do the same for him,” she said in a video posted to the Bella Twins YouTube page.

In the video, the star revealed that she and Cena had been spending time apart due to their busy careers. “I haven’t seen John in almost four weeks which we’ve been together almost five years and this is the longest time we’ve ever been apart. It’s so tough, we’ve both have been so sad the past week,” she explained.

However, the two have since reunited and although Bella has not acknowledged the couple’s anniversary on social media just yet, it doesn’t mean the two aren’t privately spending their special day with each other, commemorating their relationship milestone.
