'Disgusting Foreigner' Caught On Video Having Sex With Prostitute In Public Road

Police in Thailand are searching for a foreigner who was caught on camera having public sex with a prostitute on Christmas Day.

A blond tourist was filmed brazenly having sex with a paid sex worker at around 4 a.m. Sunday in the Thailand resort town of Pattaya, known as "Sin City" because of its bars, massage parlors and beachfront lined with sex workers. Pattaya has also been branded "a modern-day Sodom and Gomorrah," the New York Post reported.

Security camera footage showed the unidentified man having sex with the sex worker by the side of a road, appearing unbothered by passersby.

The unidentified woman was also seen performing oral sex on the man as several cars passed by the area.

At one point in the video, the blond tourist even waved to a bystander who had stopped to film them on his phone.

The man was partying in Pattaya when the incident occurred, according to a report by the Daily Star.

Police Captain Yutthapol Boonkerd said they are examining and checking security camera footage to trace the tourist, who faces arrest for public indecency.

"We have received information that he could be British but we will not know for sure until we find him," Boonkerd said, according to the Post. "There are lots of cameras in the area, which we are watching back to confirm a crime has been committed at that date and time. It should not be difficult to find both of them."

The tourist and the sex worker were also spotted by a homeless man who immediately reported the incident to the authorities.

The 50-year-old eyewitness described the man as a "disgusting foreigner" who appeared to be intoxicated.

"They were sitting there doing it for 30 minutes," the eyewitness said, according to the New York Post. "They didn't care about the cars going by. They could even see me watching them but they were too drunk to care."

The eyewitness continued, "I heard the man talking. He was from England. They finished, then they talked and he gave her something, I think it was money, and she left. I am tired of disgusting foreigners treating my city like a rubbish bin."

High-ranking military officers in Bangkok have been trying to clean up Pattaya for several years. However, officers find it difficult due to its established 24-hour sex industry and the corruption that permits it to continue.

Pattaya bars function as shop windows for prostitutes. The massage parlors and street workers are said to be part of the area's tourism industry.
