DJ Khaled and his wife Nicole Tuck are "ready" to have another baby, but they are not in a rush.
Khaled, 45, and Tuck, 45, are parents to two boys — Asahd, 4, and Aalam, 18 months. In a recent interview, the Grammy winner revealed that he is ready to have a new addition to their brood, but he wants to make sure that his wife is healthy and well enough to go through another pregnancy.
"Whatever God gives us, I’m ready. Me and my queen, we talk about it once in a while," the music mogul told Us Weekly. "She just had two boys, our two beautiful boys and [I want to] make sure that she’s right."
Khaled went on to gush over Tuck, whom he has been with for more than 11 years.
"Our mothers, our wives, our queens, y’all are so beautiful and special and y’all do so much," he said. "Just to have a baby is a lot, in a beautiful way. She used to get one massage a week, now she’s doing two, three a day. I’m gonna make sure she’s good before. We ready though."
According to the "I'm the One" hitmaker, his relationship with Tuck is as sweet as ever and they dote on each other on a daily basis.
"I mean this in the most humble way. I’m so beautiful. Every time she looks at me, she falls in love," he said while laughing. "And when I look at her, I just fall in love. The exciting thing about our relationship is that it’s never a dull moment. She keeps me grounded too, and when we’re on the same wavelength, it’s fireworks."
When he is not busy, Khaled said he makes sure to make up for his absence and show his wife how much he loves and appreciates her. He also shared what he did recently to make her day extra special.
"I [recently] got some flowers and made her an award, ‘Mother Award of the Century.’ You sit back and realize, they do a lot," Khaled said. "You got to wake up six, seven in the morning to take Asahd to camp or school. I did it for, like, three days and she does it every day. So, when you see those things, you appreciate it on another level because it’s a non-stop job when you have kids and everybody plays their part in a certain way."
In May, Khaled posted a special tribute for his wife on Instagram for Mother's Day. He shared a series of photos of Tuck, including one showing her and their sons wearing coordinated outfits. In another shot, the couple enjoys the beach sans their kids, while another picture was of their happy family.
Khaled accompanied the snaps with a short caption where he expressed his love for her.
"Happy Mother’s Day to my best friend my love of my life! Nicole you are the best mother!" he wrote. "Me and @asahdkhaled @aalamkhaled we love you so much! One thing I can promise you THAT I LOVE YOU FOREVER AND ILL BE BY YOUR SIDE FOREVER."
