Does Safaree Samuels Want To Get Back With Nicki Minaj? Rapper Open To Collaboration

After ending her relationship with rapper Meek Mill, Nicki Minaj is back on the market and her ex-boyfriend Safaree Samuels has taken note.

Speaking with DJ Self of Power 105, Safaree said he wasn’t sure if he would want to get romantically involved with Minaj again, but he is open to making new music. “I don’t know, Self,” he said. “Not in the light of bringing it back to what it was, but just on the work tip. I think the culture needs that.”

While he may be unsure about getting back with Minaj, he still has love for her. “I’m a loving guy. I have love for everybody,” he said. “There’s not a hateful bone in me, no matter what anyone has done.”

It’s not Safaree’s first time speaking about reuniting with Minaj. Earlier this month, a representative for the rapper told TMZ that Safaree has never stopped loving Minaj and would be open to speaking to her again if she was willing to do so.

Minaj has stayed quiet since announcing the breakup on Twitter. “To confirm, yes I am single,” she tweeted earlier this month, but Meek Mill has remained active on social media. Following the breakup, the rapper took to Instagram to post a pair of shoes with a dig at Minaj. The rapper uploaded a photo of the sneakers Minaj wore in the music video for Ciara’s breakup song “I’m Out” and wrote, “If you walk out don’t wear these they wack.”

Meek Mill also recently posted a photo on Instagram that many saw as a shot at Minaj. “Left my bent in her driveway… her ex embarrassed #pullup,” he wrote in the caption of a photo of himself sitting on the hood of a Bentley. Follwing the post, the rapper once again deleted his Instagram page.
