Doja Cat Asks Noah Schnapp About 'Stranger Things' Breakout Star Joseph Quinn's Love Life
Doja Cat has been thirsting after Joseph Quinn. The "Say So" singer even asked Noah Schnapp about the love life of the "Stranger Things" breakout star, who has amassed a huge fan following after debuting his role as Eddie Munson in the fourth season of the popular Netflix show.
Schnapp, who portrays Will Byers in the hit series, took to TikTok Wednesday to share the direct messages between him and the singer. One of the messages Doja Cat sent to him read, "Can you tell Joseph to hmu (hit me up)?" In another, the artist wrote, "wait no. does he have a gf?"
Schnapp then asked the singer to "slide into [Quinn's] dms." In response, Doja Cat wrote that she found him on social media but "he doesn't have a dm to slide in." The American actor later shared a link to Quinn's Instagram profile with the singer.
Schnapp's "Stranger Things" character is predicted to have a larger role in the show's finale because he can feel the Mind Flayer. In real life, he's considered a hero by Doja Cat's fans, who are collectively known as Kittenz. He will surely get credit if things take off between the singer and Quinn. She wouldn't have had a way to connect with the British actor if it weren't for him, considering the fact that Quinn isn't into social media.
Quinn reportedly told Vulture earlier this year that he didn't have a social media presence and had no interest in maintaining one. "I don't have a TikTok. I have an Instagram account managed by a friend," the outlet quoted him as saying. However, his account on the photo-sharing app has 4.2 million followers, including Doja Cat.
This is not the first time the singer has openly expressed her admiration for the British actor. In May, she tweeted, "joseph quinn fine as s--t." She also responded to a fan's recent tweet telling her to "look how fine Joseph Quinn is," saying, "it's f-cking criminal."
More fans have been tweeting about Doja Cat and Quinn since Schnapp shared the messages between him and the singer online. "YES I would stop Breathing if I saw photos of Joseph Quinn and Doja Cat," one of them tweeted.
"Doja cat sliding into joseph quinn's dm's is the best thing to come out of 2022," another supporter noted.
"Doja really used her connections to her advantage to slide into joseph quinn's dms i have nothing but respect for her," another person said.
Doja Cat also made headlines in May after she hurriedly took a sip from her drink and vaped before going on the stage to receive her Top R&B Female Artist award at the Billboard Music Awards.
