Donald Trump Jr Finalizes Divorce From Vanessa Trump, But Exes Still Co-Parenting

Donald Trump Jr. and Vanessa Trump’s marriage is officially over.

On Friday, the eldest son of U.S. President Donald Trump revealed that he and ex-wife Vanessa have already finalzed their divorce. He said that the legal dissolution of their matrimony was settled before 2018 ended.

“We finalized our agreement at the end of last year,” the businessman and former reality TV star said in a join statement with his ex sent to E! News.

The two also disclosed that they have decided to co-parent their five children: Kai Madison, 11; Donald III, 10; Tristan Milos, 7; Spencer Frederick, 6; and Chloe Sophia, 4. They added that their priority from this point on is raising their kids well.

“We are incredibly lucky to have five amazing children and are committed to raising them together. Our kids and their happiness will be our first priority,” their statement continued.

A New York state court system spokesperson also confirmed that the divorce between the two has been finalized. It can be noted that Vanessa filed for divorce in Manhattan Supreme Court last March, according to The Blast.

In a statement they released to announce their split, Donald and Vanessa said that they may have chosen to separate after 12 years but they’ll remain to have that “tremendous respect” for each other and their families.

Just two months after their split, Trump Jr. made headlines when it was revealed that he was seeing ex Fox News host Kimberly Guilfoyle in May 2018. At the time, a source told Page Six that Donald was enjoying Kimberly’s company amid his divorce.

Guilfoyle was previously married to former San Francisco Mayor and incumbent California Lt. Gov. Gavin Newsom. They separated in 2005 when she pursued her TV career. She was also briefly linked to former White House Communications Director Anthony Scaramucci prior to hitting it off with Trump Jr.

Trump Jr. and Guilfoyle have bee inseparable ever since they started dating. They celebrated Christmas together last year and, just recently, had a romantic dinner at Nello in the Big Apple for Valentine’s Day.

“Great Valentines Day dinner with @kimberlyguilfoyle out on the town in NYC,” Trump Jr. captioned a snap of their outing on his Instagram.
