President Donald Trump’s supporters thought of a way how to grant POTUS’ obsession with being on the cover of TIME magazine.

On Twitter, they replaced the face of Greta Thunberg with Melania Trump’s husband to make it look as though his face is on the cover of TIME magazine’s Person of the Year issue.

“When it comes to keeping his promises, there’s only one Person of the Year: the booming economy, record job creation, historic tax cuts, #AmericaFirst trade deals, ISIS destroyed, building the wall,” Twitter user @TrumpWarRoom wrote.

However, the edited photo of the 16-year-old activist and the POTUS did not sit well with a lot of people. President Trump also faced backlash for it.

“Are you out of your ever-loving mind? He put his head on her body making it look like he won! He is a 5th grader,” Twitter user @DRyan327 said.

“Oh no. So jealous. So sad,” Twitter user @Manglewood said.

“Even Thanos has more humanity than Trump,” Twitter user @BobFingerman said.

“I miss having a president that celebrated and supported children instead of denigrating and mocking them,” Twitter user @Ferry Person said.

Meanwhile, this isn’t the first time that Trump placed a photo of himself on the cover of TIME magazine. Two years ago, the POTUS replaced the photo of Kate Winslet on the cover of the publication.

A statement from the publication confirmed that President Trump’s cover photo was fake, and they also asked his businesses to take them down.

The FLOTUS’s husband also lied about being asked to grace the cover of the publication as their Person of the Year in 2017. At that time, he tweeted about being invited for an interview and a photoshoot but refusing the honor.

Alan Murray, TIME’s chief content officer at that time, denied the POTUS’s claims.

“Amazing. Not a speck of truth here – Trump tweets he ‘took a pass’ at being named TIME’s person of the year,” he tweeted.
