The battle between science and force is about to begin. The Kingdom of Science led by Senku is ready to take on Tsukasa and his kingdom in "Dr. Stone: Stone Wars" Season 2, Episode 1.

The new season will pick things from where episode 24 of the last "Dr. Stone" season ended. Toward the end of the season 1 finale episode, Hyoga and Tsukasa note the winter is over and it is time to initiate a battle against Senku and his allies.

In the official preview trailer for "Dr. Stone: Stone Wars" Season 2, Tsukasa’s forces will try to invade the Kingdom of Science. The season will revolve around who will rule over the primitive Stone World.

The trailer also showcases three new characters – Nikki (a judo practitioner), Saionji Ukyo (an archer with exceptional hearing abilities), and Uei Yo (a dejected nightstick wielder).

The upcoming season will bring the latest re-inventions as Senku and his friends try to maintain order in the world.

“Modern society is lost when a mysterious light leaves everyone petrified in stone! Thousands of years in the future, super genius Senku awakens and begins restoring civilization with his Kingdom of Science. Now was he sets down blueprints for a smartphone in the stone world, Tsukasa and his Empire of Might prepare for the upcoming war. Who will be the victor in the fight for humanity?” the series synopsis read, Funimation reported.

Fans in the U.S. can watch Episode 1 online on Crunchyroll. The episode will live stream in Japanese with English subtitles. Meanwhile, Funimation will stream the English dub of the episodes.
