Drake-Jennifer Lopez Dating Update: Price, Cut, Style And Everything You Need To Know About Tiffany & Co. Necklace

“Hotline Bling” rapper Drake showed his affection for “Booty” singer Jennifer Lopez when he bought her a Tiffany’s necklace Dec. 31. Before the new year, some people weren’t sure if JLo and Drake’s relationship was just a publicity stunt, but the expensive gift seemed to solidify them as an authentic couple.

Drake, 30, shelled out $100,000 for the Tiffany Victoria necklace, People Magazine reported Wednesday. There are more than 15 carats worth of pear, round and marquise-shaped diamonds. The 17-inch strand is platinum.

Lopez, 47, sported her new piece of bling on New Year’s Eve when Drake performed at Hakkasan in Las Vegas.

“Jennifer and Drake seem really happy,” a source told People Dec. 31 . “Friends have no idea where the relationship is going.”

Lopez famously had an on-again, off-again relationship with dancer Casper Smart, but she’s now focused on Drake. “Jen is looking forward with excitement to the new year. She keeps hanging out with Drake, and he has visited her house,” the source added. “She has nothing but nice things to say about Drake.”

The couple hasn’t been able to spend too much time together because of their busy schedules since Lopez has a Las Vegas residency for her “All I Have” performance. Still, they are making room for each other. Their relationship “going really well,” an insider told Us Weekly Wednesday. “They talk all the time.”

When Drake heard Lopez didn’t go to her prom, he threw her a winter-wonderland themed formal at a Los Angeles church Dec. 29. “He wanted her to have that experience,” a source said. Not surprisingly, Drake and JLo were crowned prom queen and king. Her best friend, former “King of Queen” star Leah Remini, was one of the guests at the party.

The couple went public with their relationship Dec. 27 when they posted an Instagram picture of them cuddling. Drake glared into the camera while Lopez snuggled into his arms with her eyes closed.
