Drake-Meek Mill Feud: Quentin Miller Accuses ‘Problem’ Rapper Of Beating Him Up Over Ghostwriting Drama
It appears Meek Mill wasn’t only feuding with Drake this summer but also with the rapper’s rumored ghostwriter Quentin Miller. In a new interview, Miller alleges that Mill and his Dream Chasers crew jumped him inside a Nike store because of the drama.
Speaking to VladTV Friday, Miller confirmed reports that he was beat up by Mill and some of his friends. Miller didn’t say when the alleged altercation happened but told the outlet that Mill was upset he denied being a ghostwriter for Drake.
“They caught me walking to the Nike store, and he approached me, and this was really my first time talking with Meek,” he said. “Basically he told me didn’t appreciate the letter that I dropped, and it made him seem like he was a liar, and they f---king stole off on me in the Nike store and ran. I shed blood in the Nike store.”
Miller wouldn’t say whether Mill, who recently got in trouble for violating his probation, was actually involved in the fighting. “He was definitely there,” Miller said.
He continued, “I’m not a street n----, you know. I’m a suburban kid … I’m not a violent person. Punching me is like punching Frank Ocean or like punching ILoveMakonnen. What kind of points are you getting off that. I’m one of the most peaceful, nicest muthaf--kers you’ll ever meet.”
As previously reported, Miller’s name surfaced in Drake and Mill’s feud after it was rumored that he sometimes came up with lyrics for Drake. The “Hoitline Bling” rapper never confirmed the reports, but Miller adamantly denied the rumor, posting on a blog that he worked on a few songs with Drake but never was a ghostwriter for him.
Mill, who was sentenced to house arrest this month, hasn’t directly responded to Miller’s accusations but posted a cryptic photo that read: “Haters coming faster Den I ever seen them come b4.” He also shared a Russell Westbrook meme with the words, “What??” written on it. Mill’s girlfriend, Nicki Minaj, also hasn’t addressed Miller’s comments.
