Draya Michele and Orlando Scandrick are trying to work things out. The off and on couple, who got engaged last year and is expecting their first child together, are now back on after calling off their engagement in January.

In an interview with Hip Hollywood, Michele explained her complicated romance with Scandrick as "your typical soap opera black couple."

She continued, "We break up and then we make up right away. We can’t really go too long without being with each other."

The former "Basketball Wives" star also opened up about wedding planning, telling the outlet she's not in a rush to head down the aisle and wants to wait to get married until after her son is born.

“We’re not rushing for a wedding date," she said. "I’m just trying to get my baby out and relax for a little bit. Maybe travel some, take my family some places we’ve never seen before, and then get married. But I like it like this, I like things like this, it’s less complicated.”

Scandrick and Michele, who have been dating for two years, sparked rumors they had reconciled when they were spotted over the weekend out to dinner in Beverly Hills.

Michele and her NFL beau never revealed the reason for their brief split, but according to The Shade Room she previously hinted on Instagram that they had an argument following a night out in Las Vegas Scandrick had with friends. News of their breakup came just days after Michele revealed she was seven months along with their first child.
