Edward Snowden: Countries That Are Currently Considering His Request For Asylum And Those That Have Declined
Edward Snowden, the now infamous NSA PRISM whistle-blower, is currently seeking asylum. Wikileaks’ legal advisor in the Edward Snowden matter Sarah Harrison submitted a number of requests for asylum and assistance to an official at the Russian Consulate on his behalf on Sunday, according to Wikileaks.
But only two countries seem open to the idea of offering Snowden asylum and assistance: Venezuela and Bolivia.
