Elderly Man Raped, Impregnated 20-Year-Old Stepdaughter

An elderly man was arrested this week for raping and impregnating his 20-year-old stepdaughter in Besut in Malaysia. The incident came to light when the woman filed a complaint at Kajang police station in Selangor.

The victim told police that in March the 74-year-old man entered her room while she was sleeping and forced himself on her. The suspect also raped her two more times before the victim moved to Selangor in June. She filed a police report after learning that she was five weeks pregnant.

“She only found out that she was pregnant after taking a pregnancy test before she was taken to the hospital by her aunt for further treatment," a source told local media, adding that following the complaint, the suspect was arrested.

Meanwhile, the head of Terengganu Criminal Investigation Department, Assistant Commissioner Razmi Mohd Gunnos, confirmed to have received the report on the incident. The suspect was placed in custody for seven days until next Monday to assist in the investigation. He was facing incest charges.

In May, a Florida man was arrested for raping and impregnating a 13-year-old child. Renaud Jerome, who lived in Boca Raton, told police that the girl "was interested in him more than he was interested in her and never forced her to do anything.” Jerome added "that within the last couple of months he has had consensual vaginal intercourse with [redacted] three times,” police said.

The girl came to North Broward Medical Center in Pompano Beach complaining of constipation and after tests were taken, it was determined she was 14-weeks pregnant.
