English actress Elizabeth Hurley and former Australian cricketer Shane Warne are set to take their relationship to the next level. They reportedly got engaged on a trip to St. Andrews in Scotland.

It was reported on Friday night that the Aussie cricketer proposed to the glamorous mother-of-one following a romantic meal at the course hotel on St. Andrews. Liz was seen with her new engagement ring on Saturday.

Shane proposed over dinner and it was fairly public, not a private affair, an insider present at the hotel said. He didn't get down on one knee, but when it was announced the other guests in the restaurant stood up and applauded.

The romance between the two love-birds started last December, after Hurley divorced Indian businessman Arun Nayar in June. Warne was divorced in 2006, after 10 years of marriage to Simone Callahan, the Daily Mail reported.
