Eminem's Daughter Hailie Jade Gets Engaged To Her Boyfriend [Photos]
Eminem's daughter Hailie Jade has announced she is engaged to her boyfriend, Evan McClintock.
Jade, 27, shared a series of photos from the celebration on her Instagram handle Monday. In the first photo, the couple can be seen opening a champagne bottle together.
Jade donned a black leather jacket with matching jeans and heels. She completed her look with a black handbag. McClintock wore a white shirt with matching pants and a long black jacket.
Another photo shows McClintock dropping down on one knee to pop the question. Jade also shared a closeup of her left hand, showing off her engagement ring.
"Casual weekend recap... 😭💗 2.4.23 💍," she captioned the post. "I love you @evanmcclintock11."
The comments section was filled with congratulatory messages. Singer Skylar Grey wrote, "Omg congrats!!!!" while pop duo Aly & AJ's official Instagram handle commented, "You're all grown up 🥹 congrats Hailie."
One person jokingly asked, "Did he pass the freestyle test tho?" considering Jade's father is a freestyle rapper. A user responded, "I knew someone was going to ask that," while another one added, "Rap God-son-in-law."
The couple first began to date in 2016. Eminem previously spoke about Jade's relationship on the sports podcast "Hotboxin With Mike Tyson" in 2020.
When host Mike Tyson asked if Jade has any children of her own, the rapper replied, "No babies. Just a boyfriend. She's doing good. She's made me proud for sure."
Jade and McClintock have kept their relationship low-key as they rarely post their photos on social media. Jade posted a photo with McClintock on Valentine's Day last year and captioned it, "Yesterday & everyday."
According to McClintock's LinkedIn profile, he graduated with a BA in Economics in 2018. He works in a software development company.
Jade hosts a podcast, "Just a Little Shady," with childhood best friend Brittany Ednie. The podcast was launched last July. She also appeared in the music video "Break Stuff," which was dropped in 2000.
