Erika Jayne Posts Then Deletes Text Message From Husband Tom Girardi’s Alleged Mistress

“Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” star Erika Jayne posted and then deleted some revealing details about her marriage to Tom Girardi and his alleged mistress.

On Friday, Jayne posted and later deleted several text messages and photos from a woman named Tricia A. Bigelow, who she accused of sleeping with her husband.

In the photos, which Us Weekly reported were from 2011, Jayne noted that Girardi was financing the California judge’s lifestyle. “He was paying her Saks bill and paying for her plastic surgery,” The “RHOBH” cast member wrote.

Last week, sources told the outlet that Jayne suspected the 81-year-old was cheating on her. “Erika is really going through it. She’s very strong, but this has been very hard for her emotionally,” one insider stated.

Those close to the 49-year-old revealed that there were rumors that Jayne and Girardi “had an agreement in terms of being with other people.” However, a second insider claimed it was not something the couple did during their 21-year marriage.

On Nov. 3, Jayne announced her and Girardi’s split. “After much consideration, I have decided to end my marriage to Tom Girardi,” she said in a statement at the time.

“This is not a step taken lightly or easily. I have great love and respect for Tom and for our years and the lives we built together. It is my absolute wish to proceed through this process with respect and with the privacy that both Tom and I deserve. I request others give us that privacy as well.”

About a month later, Jayne was named in a fraud and embezzlement lawsuit against Girardi, which accused the attorney of stealing money from clients to fund his wife’s lavish lifestyle.

In the lawsuit, the opposing firm accused Jayne of divorcing Girardi to protect her and her husband’s money.

“While Erika publicly filed for divorce this month, on information and belief, that ‘divorce’ is simply a sham attempt to fraudulently protect Tom’s and Erika’s money from those that seek to collect on debts owed by Tom and his law firm GK,” the documents claimed.

Jayne cited irreconcilable differences in the paperwork filed for her divorce from Girardi.
