Erika Jayne has revealed how she found out Tom Girardi had been cheating on her for years before their divorce.

In the most recent episode of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” which aired on July 21, Jayne opened up about not feeling loved by Girardi during their marriage and why she chose to stick with him despite his infidelity.

The American singer and TV personality revealed she realized about her ex-husband’s unfaithfulness after a car accident in 2017, which left Girardi unconscious for 12 hours following the crash.

“I was just assuming he was with some other woman,” she said on the show. “Any of them. You can take a pick.”

“You guys have no idea what I’ve been living through, no idea what I’ve been through. This is my life,” she added while speaking to her co-stars.

Jayne told her co-stars it was Yolanda Hadid’s divorce from David Foster that motivated her to follow her instinct and look closely at Girardi by examining his phone.

“I never had gone through my husband’s phone. I never touched his papers, I never touched anything,” she said.

“And after Yolanda divorced David, I just opened that phone and I was like wow, OK,” she confessed during the show. “I found the evidence. It was text messages, it was pictures. I felt like it was years long. Well, I know it was,” she added.

Jayne said Girardi was “sloppy” about hiding his extramarital affairs and never denied his unfaithfulness.

When asked why she stayed with him even after this, she said she had nowhere to go. “Where am I going? He told me straight up, ‘This is my house.’ Where am I going?’”

The “Get It Tonight” singer filed for divorce from Girardi in November 2020, alleging infidelity. She cited irreconcilable differences as the cause for their split and claimed that “there has been more than one woman” in their relationship.

Following their split, the ex-couple was sued for embezzlement and fraud, with the official complaint stating that their divorce was simply a sham defense to detract from their legal troubles.
