ESPY Awards 2017: The Best And Worst Dressed Celebrities At Annual Sports Award Show
Some of the biggest stars in the sports industry flooded the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles on Wednesday night in order to honor and celebrate the accomplishments of their fellow athletes at the 2017 ESPY Awards.
Although the night was full of laughs and memorable moments, there’s no denying that one of the most important can’t-miss moments of the night is the red carpet. From praiseworthy outfits to epic fashion fails, the celebrity arrivals are always the talk of the town.

Check out some of the best and worst dressed stars who walked the 2017 ESPY Awards red carpet below.
Olympic skier Lindsey Vonn, who acted as a presenter on the memorable night, looked stunning in her eye-catching Monique Lhuillier dress.
Model Olivia Culpo, who wore a white a Mario Dice dress, attended the show alongside her NFL boyfriend Danny Amendola. The New England Patriots wide receiver was not nominated for an award but seemed to be in great spirits and happy to attend the show while supporting his fellow athletes.
Nikki Bella had a fashion fail on the Espys red carpet this year. Although the ceremony doesn’t require Oscar-worthy gowns, the “Total Divas” star dressed rather casually as she posed next to her fiancé who was dressed in an elegant suit. Bella wore flowy black trousers paired with a white-and-black crop top. Her bottoms initially looked like active wear due to its elastic band but thanks to Cena, it was revealed that the band was actually a thong and not attached to the pants at all.
Olympic Gold Medalist Simone Biles, who picked up awards for best female athlete and best female US Olympic athlete, had a fashion win with her blue asymmetric gown.
Laurie Hernandez, who was nominated for best breakthrough athlete, missed the mark with her red carpet number. Her ruffled ensemble, which included a floral detail and a ribbon, failed to stand out on the red carpet.
While her husband NBA star Stephen Curry looked dapper in his suit to attend the award show, Ayesha Curry looked like she was heading to a 70s themed dance-off in her sequined jumpsuit which featured a plunging neckline.
Gymnast Madison Kocian’s detailed dressed along with her simple look just wasn’t enough to make her a hit on the red carpet at the award ceremony but would probably be an appropriate outfit for a fun night out in Las Vegas.
Our former first lady hit the stage and can we just say wow! Michelle Obama never fails to bring it when it comes to fashion and she did not disappoint when she took the stage during the award show. She turned a simple Cushnie et Ochs black dress into an iconic fashion moment that had Twitter going wild with excitement.
WWE star Lana hit the red carpet of the award ceremony but it looked like she should have been heading for the beach. The wrestler showed up in all black wearing what looked to be a bandeau bikini top, high-waisted bikini bottoms and a see through cover up. While it is likely that her attire wasn’t swimwear, she probably should’ve saved it for a day spent relaxing by the pool.

Olympic volleyball player Kerri Walsh Jennings managed to remain classy in her sexy red cutout dress that showed skin in all the right places. The Olympian took home the gold with this red carpet knockout.
