Nikki Bella Gushes Over John Cena’s Love, Admits Fiancé Makes Her Heart Smile

Nikki Bella and John Cena may have gotten engaged just months ago, but the couple, who have been together for five years, seem more in love than ever. The “Total Divas” star took to Twitter to share a heartfelt post about her love following his latest wrestling appearance.

On Wednesday, Bella posted a message praising Cena for his work ethic, and credited his dedication as one of the reasons why she loves him. “Inspiration & Motivation! You just can’t deny his love for @WWE Makes my heart smile!” she wrote.

Attached to the post was a video shared by the WWE, in which Cena explains that he wants to go above and beyond to succeed in his career and help the world of wrestling thrive. During his chat with the hosts of “Talking Smack,” Cena revealed that he is so dedicated to his work, that he flew all the way from Sydney, Australia just to appear on the show.

“I could’ve of easily been like, ‘You know what, I’ll just hit the breaks for a week, I’ll show up next week,” he said. “I don’t do that. I want to be out there and every time I’m not here, it is strictly because people will not allow me to be here.”

“I am trying to do the best I can to clone myself, to duplicate myself, to be two places at once, sometimes it just doesn’t work. I’m excited for everything that is on the horizon but my family, is always here in the WWE and there is no denying it,” Cena continued.

The wrestler’s words of commitment come after it was announced that he would be billed as a free agent. Unlike other wrestlers, Cena will be able to appear on “Raw” and “Smackdown” rather than being tied to only one of the brands.

Although Cena is dedicated to his craft, a neck injury has forced Bella to step away from the world of wrestling. “Recently I had to get MRIs and CT scans and we realized that I have a slight herniation above where I had surgery, which isn’t good, which means I have to take time off and I have to heal. And hopefully when that heals, if it does, I can get back in the ring,” Bella told E! News in April.

“I pray that it won’ t be a long time but, I don’t know, it’s in God’s hands,” she added.

Despite his success and dedication to his career, Cena is looking forward to tying the knot with Bella. During an interview, the wrestler shared his excitement about the upcoming nuptials.

“I’m excited about getting married to my best friend. I can’t wait,” he said. Cena went on to explain that he has a special connection with his fiancée, who understands him due to her own wrestling background.

“They know exactly what you go through with training, diet and hard work. You don’t have to explain it or hope that they understand,” he said.

From the looks of Bella’s Twitter post, she understands Cena just fine.
