Eva Longoria Gushes About BFF Victoria Beckham, Rules Out Collaboration With Her Designer Pal [Video]

Eva Longoria gushed about her close friend Victoria Beckham and told that the latter was an amazing woman, mum, business woman, an amazing wife and she was very funny. The actress made an appearance on “Loose Women” and spoke about her new television venture and Global Gifts Gala on Tuesday. She told that they had met in 2007 as both their husbands were in sports.

“She smiles and laughs a lot. And she makes me laugh, more importantly,” Longoria said, talking about her BFF Victoria. Back in 2007, Eva was married to basketball player Tony Parker, while Victoria’s husband David Beckham played for LA Galaxy.

Meanwhile, she ruled out collaborating with her BFF Victoria Beckham for a collection. The former “Desperate Housewives” star insisted that she is going to leave fashion to her best pal. The friends walked the red carpet together at the Global Gifts Gala in London Monday night.

The charity evening was held to help raise funds for the Eva Longoria Fund and Caudwell Children charity. “Oh Gosh no! She’s the designer, she’s dominating that space in such a big, beautiful way,” said Longoria, when asked about collaborating with Beckham. She said she was excited for her friend and just happy to wear a dress by her designer pal.

The 40-year-old actress looked stunning in a Victoria Beckham dress. Victoria meanwhile opted for her favorite all-black look at the gala. She wore a simple black gown with a plunging neck. The column gown put Victoria’s slim figure on display. She paired the dress with black high heels.

The 41-year-old accessorized with a pair of drop diamond earrings for the occasion with her signature smoky eyes. She also opted for some brown lipstick. The mother-of-four kept her long brunette locks over one shoulder, while also giving a hint of a smile as she clasped her hands in front of her.

Victoria, who enjoyed her dinner at the bash, was also on presenting duties. She joked about being too busy to party these days. She shared a behind-the-scenes snap of herself getting ready for the event with hair extensions.

Eva also shared a similar photo of the duo being pampered together. The brunette beauties can be seen clinking glasses together as they have their hair done for the evening. “Getting ready for the Global Gift Gala!” she captioned the picture.
