  • Evan Rachel Wood made allegations against Marilyn Manson in her custody battle with her ex-husband Jamie Bell
  • Wood alleged that Manson threatened to touch her son, so they moved from Los Angeles to Tennessee
  • Bell said Wood's statement could be true and their son is not safe with her, or she is withholding their son from him

Evan Rachel Wood was disturbed by her ex-boyfriend Marilyn Manson's alleged threat to her 8-year-old son, Jack.

In the court documents obtained by Daily Mail, Wood claimed that Manson threatened her that he would "f--k" her son. And she took his "threat seriously, then and now."

Due to Manson's threat, the "Westworld" actress told the judge that she installed bulletproof windows, a steel door and a security fence around her house in Los Angeles.

"I am looking into attack dogs and security guards at night," she added.

"I only recently learned that (Manson) was involved in human trafficking and the sexual exploitation of minors on a large scale," she said in a declaration in March.

Wood made the allegations against Manson, 52, in her custody battle with her ex-husband Jamie Bell. The "Thirteen" actress moved from Los Angeles to Tennessee because she feared Manson, whom she named as her alleged offender.

"These new developments, combined with the pending criminal investigation, lead me to be very concerned about our child's safety when in Los Angeles," Wood said. "In my experience, the alleged offender is very retaliatory and has always made it clear that he will ruin my life."

Wood also claimed that one of Manson's other alleged victims recorded him saying he had pictures of her children going to their mailbox, and he had their social security numbers. "I've got everything, they're f--ked, and they're going to be f--king destroyed," he allegedly told the unidentified woman.

She also added that she had received death threats after her allegations against Manson in February. Manson's wife, Lindsay Usich, also allegedly threatened to release her underage photos. Wood filed a police report after being alerted about the threat.

The "Barefoot" star who claimed to be a sexual abuse victim named her abuser in a post on Instagram. "The name of my abuser is Brian Warner, also known to the world as Marilyn Manson," she wrote.

According to her, he groomed her when she was a teenager and allegedly abused her for years. She claimed that she was brainwashed and manipulated into submission and she decided to speak out because "I am done living in fear of retaliation, slander or blackmail."

"I am here to expose this dangerous man and call out the many industries that have enabled him, before he ruins more lives. I stand with the many victims who will no longer be silent."

Manson and Wood began dating in 2007. She was only 19 while he was 38 at the time. They got engaged in 2010 but called it off seven months later. Manson is currently under investigation after a dozen of women, including Wood, accused him of sexual abuse and human trafficking.

Meanwhile, Wood's ex-husband believed she moved from L.A. to Nashville to keep their son from him. On his part, Bell filed a motion claiming Wood's story "defies credibility." According to him, he doesn't understand what is happening.

"Either Evan’s claims that she is receiving ‘death threats’ are true and Jack is not safe in her care, or they are not true and she is withholding our son from me for other reasons of her own invention," he said.
