Fall is here and that means it’s time for TV. New seasons and series are starting every night this week, and the Monday, Sept. 23 schedule is full of new and returning dramas.

“The Good Doctor” is back tonight. Season 3 starts with Shaun (Freddie Highmore) reeling from his bad date with Carly (Jasika Nicole) and the residents getting the green light for solo surgeries. Other fall dramas returning tonight include Fox’s “9-1-1” and “Bull.”

New shows include the CBS comedy “Bob Hearts Abishola,” about a man who falls in love with his nurse, and “Prodigal Son,” a Fox drama about the son of a serial killer investigating murders. The series premieres also include a couple of legal shows. “All Rise” is about a new judge (Simone Missick) who plans to push boundaries while “Bluff City Law” is about a lawyer (Caitlin McGee) who returns to her father’s (Jimmy Smits) law firm after a period of estrangement.

Reality fans can also get excited. NBC’s singing competition “The Voice” is back with Kelly Clarkson, Blake Shelton, Gwen Stefani and John Legend in the judges’ seats. Meanwhile, Food Network is getting in the spooky spirit with the returning “Halloween Baking Championship” and the all-new “Halloween Cake-Off.”
