‘Final Fantasy XV’ Timed Quest Malboro And Malbodoom Gude: How To Find It, Get The Bounty

Final Fantasy XV just got a new timed quest over the past few hours, and, as expected, it’s pretty darn difficult. Here’s how to find Malboro and Malbodoom to get the huge bounty they offer.

The steps for finding them are fairly similar to the game’s first timed quest, but we’ll recap for those who missed it. While connected to the internet, select Timed Quests from the main menu. You’ll see the marker by Leirity Seaside. Note that location and fast travel to the Cape Caem Outpost if possible.

Once you’ve arrived, head down the path through the trees until you reach the shoreline. There, you’ll find two Malboro and two Malbodoom. You’ll get 15,000 EXP, 500 AP 500,000 gil and five Oracle Ascension Coins for your trouble. The event last until March 13.

Despite the fact that this timed quest is unlocked for everyone, it’s extremely difficult even for high-level players. Our best strategy is to attack the Malbodoom with any manner of ice magic possible. In that case, seek out items that add break limit damage modifiers to your coldest spells. Malboros, on the other hand, are masters of status effects. Buff your party with ribbons, maintain a watchful eye for attacks and hope for the best.

This is the second timed quest Square Enix has offered loyal Final Fantasy XV players. The first one just ended Monday, and it rewarded victors with a similar purse of varying amounts.
