'The Fosters’ Season 4 To Feature More Jude-Noah Romance; Hayden Byerly Excited For Jude To 'Do A Lot Of Stupid Stuff’
“The Fosters” season 4 will feature more June (Hayden Byerly) and Noah (Kalama Epstein) scenes.
In an interview with Entertainment Weekly, Byerly expressed his excitement over Jude and Noah's mishaps in the upcoming episodes. “I am so excited to Jude to do a lot of stupid stuff. I mean, he’s already started – we’ve already seen that. But I love the relationship that he’s having with Noah,” he said.
In the previous episodes, Jude and Noah kissed. They have also tried drugs together. Noah’s mom has a prescription for marijuana, and he encouraged Jude to try it. Jude’s sister Callie (Maia Mitchell) found out Jude has been using marijuana repeatedly and called him out for it. Jude refused to listen to his sister and told her to get out of his life instead.
Meanwhile, “The Fosters” executive producer Peter Paige said that they still haven’t made up their mind on whether or not Jude and Noah will become official. After all, their storyline has been quite tricky because Noah is the pastor’s son, but he’s also involved in drugs. This makes the character complicated and interesting at the same time.
“I love that Noah is a great kid who’s making some trouble in Jude’s life. I find myself kind of conflicted in their relationship. Do I want them to be together? I think I do, but they’re kind of getting up to some trouble. I think the fans are going to have a complicated response to them,” he said.
In other news, “The Fosters” Season 4, episode 8 recently aired on Freeform. According to Vulture, “Girl Code” was a lackluster episode on television. It mostly revolved around Mariana (Cierra Ramirez) and her teammates participating in the FIRST Robotics competition.
“The Fosters” Season 4 airs Mondays at 8 p.m. ET on Freeform.
