The post-production development of “Frozen 2” is reportedly done, and the film is now ready to be released across the globe. Josh Gad shared some details about the animation film in a recent interview, and he teased that the songs in the sequel are even better than the ones in the original.

Gad, who is voicing the character Olaf, said in an interview with “Jimmy Kimmel Live” that the voice recordings of all the actors are done. When the host pointed out that every single parent will be listening to all the new songs while driving in their cars, the actor revealed something “outrageous” about the sequel that he said he wasn’t sure he could talk about just yet.

According to Gad, the songs in the upcoming film are “even better” than the first movie and they are apparently “catchier.” The actor explained that the bar was set so high after the first film that there was some concern about how they were going to top that. However, the songwriters have managed to deliver in “Frozen 2,” and the songs are “so good.”

Songs like “Let It Go,” “For the First Time in Forever,” and “Fixxer Upper” from the first film became a huge hit. Now, Gad is “excited” about the new set of songs that are a part of the sequel.

Bobby Lopez and Kristen Anderson-Lopez won an Oscar for the song “Let It Go” and they came back to write new songs for the sequel. In a previous interview with Variety, the film’s co-director Jennifer Lee revealed that there will be at least our songs in the film.

Cast member Kristen Bell, who is voicing the character Anne, told ComicBook during the San Diego Comic Con that the two sisters have grown up a little in the sequel after the events in the first film. She also assured the fans that “Frozen 2” will still be appropriate for kids and they will love it.
