Gal Gadot Celebrates 'Wonder Woman 1984' Anniversary With Funny Behind-The-Scenes Video [Watch]
Gal Gadot has shared a funny behind-the-scenes video from the set of "Wonder Woman 1984" in celebration of the movie's first anniversary.
The clip, which was posted on Instagram over the weekend, showed the 36-year-old actress dancing while wearing her iconic Wonder Woman costume and holding her superhero weapon, popularly known as Lasso of Truth. At some point, she mistakenly hit her head with the lasso.
"Lassoing isn't as easy as it seems _ #WW84anniversary #WW84," she captioned the post.
The video was likely taken during one of the movie's action sequences, according to Screenrant.
Fans took to the comments section to share their reaction to the hilarious clip, with many of them praising the actress for being genuine. Some also took the opportunity to express their love for the movie.
One of them wrote, "You are so perfect! Thank you for always being so raw and honest."
Another supporter noted, "I love this movie."
"Wonder Woman 1984" came out on Dec. 25, 2020, after several delays. The action-adventure was directed by Patty Jenkins.
Gadot also shared a series of behind-the-scenes photos from the movie's set on the same day. The first image showed her taking a selfie in her Wonder Woman outfit while the second one featured her and the movie's director laughing candidly.
In the third one, one could see the celeb with a coffee cup and a lasso in her hand. It was followed by solo photos of her and some snaps with her co-stars.
"WW84 is one year old!" Gadot wrote in the caption. "Can't believe it's been a whole year since this incredible movie came out and touched so many hearts!"
"I'm so grateful and honored to be playing such an amazing character, to spread her powerful message and to share her wonder with all of you," she added. "Can't wait to be back in those boots..."
The actress shared another post featuring photos of fans dressed up as the superhero. Also included in the post was a picture of a dog clad in a Wonder Woman costume.
Gadot will be seen next in a highly anticipated movie, "Death on the Nile," which will hit theaters on Feb. 11, 2022. The flick is based on author Agatha Christie's 1937 novel of the same title.
