The Game claims that he dated Kim Kardashian more than a decade ago.
On Friday, the 42-year-old rapper, whose real name is Jayceon Terrell Taylor, recounted falling for Kardashian and losing her to Reggie Bush during an appearance on "House of ACES presents The Debut Live" hosted by Carl Lamarre on Ceek Meta.
"I got Kim's number there. I'm from Compton right, so we got Spanish women and we got Black women, but I [had] never seen an Armenian woman," he said of the half-Armenian reality star, according to Us Weekly. "And I [had] never seen an Armenian woman that was this cute, and I [had] never seen an Armenian woman with any type of a--. I've never seen an Armenian at this point, coming from Compton."
The Game was interested in knowing more about the future "Keeping Up With the Kardashians" star after seeing her at Ray J's party.
Kardashian, now 41, dated Ray J in 2003. Their infamous sex tape was leaked four years later in 2007.
"From there we start dating a little bit, but I would always hook my Xbox up. She had that good internet," the Grammy winner claimed, adding that he was "damn near in love" with Kardashian at one point.
However, he claimed that things changed when he saw Bush at Kardashian's condo building.
"I'm on the elevator going down, like down to my car to get my s–t out the garage. Reggie Bush is coming on the elevator," The Game recalled, wondering where the NFL player was headed, noticing he was getting off at Kardashian's floor. "So he got off, I swallowed a lump in my throat, like 'OK, he's going to f–k my bitch. Alright.'"
The Game acknowledged that he made an assumption and didn't really know where Bush was going. However, Kardashian and the football star still ended up dating, from 2007 to 2010.
"So yeah, I was a little hurt after that," The Game admitted.
The Game insisted that he has no bad blood with Kardashian and Bush, sharing that he "really likes" and "really cares" about the Skims mogul. He also praised her as a mother and for her work in prison reform.
"I think she's a really great mom and a really great person. None of this is to deteriorate who she is," The Game added.
The rapper added that he hopes Kardashian would get back together with her ex-husband Kanye West following her split from Pete Davidson.
"That's my homeboy's [Kanye West] wife. I see Pete [Davidson] gone, and hopefully, they get back [together]," The Game said.
Kardashian and Davidson called it quits earlier this month after nine months of dating due to their busy schedules. However, they still have a lot of love and respect for each other, an unnamed source told Page Six.
Kardashian filed for divorce from West in February 2021 after nearly seven years of marriage. They were declared legally single in March.
The exes share four children — North, 9, Saint, 6, Chicago, 4, and Psalm, 3.
