‘General Hospital’ Spoilers: Are Carly And Laura Too Late To Save Kevin?
It will be a day of surprises and confessions for the residents of Port Charles as they try to cope with traumatic events from the past. On the Monday, Oct. 29 episode of “General Hospital,” Carly and Laura will present Kevin with a new opportunity as Michael bonds with Sonny.
In the previous episode of the ABC soap opera, Carly (Laura Wright) and Laura (Genie Francis) made a visit to Ferncliff where they demanded to see the rooms of every patient in the facility. Laura explained that the two came to visit in order to follow up on the claims made in Carly’s statement after she was released.
“General Hospital” spoilers reveal Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) has a glimmer of hope. Carly revealed the first thing she wanted to do during her visit to the institution for the criminally insane was enter the room of the patient who was next door to her.
Carly was briefly sentenced to Ferncliff when Nelle (Chloe Lanier) claimed she tried to kill her and her unborn baby. Although Carly eventually escaped and proved her innocence, she hasn’t been able to let go of the SOS in Morse code she received from the patient next door.
Now that Carly has returned, will she finally discover the identity of the patient behind the wall? Viewers are aware her neighbor was Ryan, Kevin’s twin, until he managed to switch places with his brother and convince the staff Kevin was the insane sibling.
Will Carly and Laura finally come face to face with the real Kevin, or has Ryan managed to move his brother to another room before his secret could be uncovered?
Elsewhere, “GH” spoilers reveal Michael (Chad Duell) meets Sonny (Maurice Benard) for a drink. Michael is still mourning the death of his baby boy, and his father will begin to see just how difficult it is for his son to move past the tragic moment.
Spoilers suggest Michael will realize he may need a therapist, but seeing as Ryan seems to be struggling to balance all of Kevin’s responsibilities, the grieving father will seek comfort at the bottom of a bottle.
Although Sonny will be by his side, there is no guarantee he won’t monopolize the conversation. Between Mike’s (Max Gail) Alzheimer’s disease and Margaux (Elizabeth Hendrickson) trying to put him to jail, Sonny has been slowly breaking down.
Will Sonny help Michael amid the loss of his son, or will he be too busy focused on his own dilemma?
General Hospital airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EDT on ABC.
