‘General Hospital’ Spoilers Next Week: Will Shiloh Threaten Sam To Get To Wiley?

Shiloh’s escape from police custody, following his trial, will rattle the residents of Port Charles. For the week of Sept. 23 on “General Hospital,” Shiloh’s escape could change Michael and Sam’s lives.

Last week on “General Hospital,” Peter (Wes Ramsey) planned to have Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) killed after the Dawn of Day leader threatened to expose his part in Drew’s (Billy Miller) kidnapping.

However, Shiloh managed to escape from custody. The cult leader will become determined to reunite with Wiley, which could put Sam (Kelly Monaco) in danger. “General Hospital” spoilers for next week reveal Sam is trapped.

Following Shiloh’s escape, Sam will head to the Haunted Star and find herself in a scary situation. “General Hospital” spoilers suggest Jason (Steve Burton) won’t be able to reach Sam, and Brad (Parry Shen) will apologize for his misdeeds.

If Shiloh runs into Sam, he could try to hold her hostage and use her as a bargaining chip to get to Wiley. However, seeing as Wiley isn’t Shiloh’s son, Brad may be forced to tell the truth about what happened to Willow’s (Katelyn MacMullen) son.

The real Wiley died in his sleep and Brad swapped babies with Nelle (Chloe Lanier). Brad passed Michael’s (Chad Duell) son off as his own, while Nelle told everyone her baby died.

Willow believes her son is being raised by Brad and Lucas (Ryan Carnes), but Shiloh’s escape could reveal the heartbreaking truth.

Will Shiloh use Sam to get to Wiley, or will he find another way to reunite with the baby and Willow?
