It will be a day of redemption for the residents of Port Charles as they attempt to fix situations that spiraled out of control. On the Monday, August 6 episode of “General Hospital,” Jordan will try to pressure Nelle as Ava reaches out to Julian.

In the promo for the ABC soap opera, Jordan (Vinessa Antoine) tells Nelle (Chloe Lanier) she needs to do the right thing for once in her life. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Jordan looks for answers.

Nelle did her best to avoid prosecution for the crimes she committed but her getaway was stopped by a furious Josslyn (Eden McCoy), who was eager to get revenge. Nelle was initially feeling confident following her capture by police and threatened to have Chase (Josh Swickard) charged with entrapment.

However, she got a shocking surprise when Chase informed her he did everything by the book, and she was facing a heavy prison sentence this time around. While a confession about gaslighting Carly (Laura Wright) may prove the innocence of Michael’s (Chad Duell) mother, Nelle doesn’t seem like she is ready to tell the truth just yet.

Jordan wants justice, but will Nelle make things difficult for the determined police commissioner?

In the “General Hospital” promo video, Julian (William deVry) tells Ava (Maura West) that he can see from the way she is clutching her bag, whatever is inside of it is incriminating. In a sneak peak, Ava tells Julian she wants him to help her bring the blanket to authorities before Nelle can expose her secret.

Ava previously planned to burn the baby blanket which backed up Carly’s story that Nelle fell down the stairs when the two were fighting over the item. The blanket would prove that Carly wasn’t suffering from a mental break and intentionally push Nelle down the stairs in order to harm her baby.

Right before Ava could destroy the evidence that could get Carly released from Ferncliff, she ran into Griffin (Matt Cohen). He reminded her that she had a conscience, unlike Nelle, and that the only thing that mattered was the actions a person took after they did something wrong.

Following their chat, Ava abandoned her plan to burn the blanket and called Julian to ask him for a favor. “GH” spoilers reveal Ava is inspired by Julian’s actions. Despite his criminal past and ruthless behavior, Julian has been doing his best to rebuild a relationship with his children.

Now that Ava sees people think her cold-hearted brother turned over a new leaf, she seems to want to try to convince Griffin that she is actually a good person. Will Ava betray Nelle and come to Carly’s rescue before she has to go on the run from the police?
