After months of posing as his twin brother Kevin, Ryan begins to realize being a serial killer in Port Charles is becoming too risky, but on the Monday, Jan. 14 episode of “General Hospital,” Carly and Franco will threaten to expose his deadly secret.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Carly (Laura Wright) asks Franco (Roger Howarth) what he’s doing ransacking Kevin’s (Jon Lindstrom) office. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Ryan adds another name to his list.

In the previous episode, Ryan posed as Kevin and told Franco he could no longer be his doctor. Furious about losing the one doctor he felt he was making progress with, Franco will head to Kevin’s office to search for his medical records.

However, his search will be interrupted by Carly, who wants to know what he’s up to. If the two share their suspicions about Kevin’s behavior, will they figure out who he really is?

Prior to ending his professional relationship with Franco, Ryan sat in his office and added Peyton’s driver’s license to a drawer filled with the licenses of his victims. Will Franco and Carly’s conversation lead to the discovery of Ryan’s drawer of secrets?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EST on ABC.
