It will be a day of terror for the residents of Port Charles as the town is rocked by a grisly murder. On the Friday, Nov. 2 episode of “General Hospital, Carly will reflect on her past as Chase learns about a terrible act.

In the promo for the ABC soap opera, Carly (Laura Wright) asks Sonny (Maurice Benard) who would do something like that. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Carly struggles with the damage done to her at Ferncliff.

In the previous episode, Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) continued to pass himself off as his twin brother Kevin and attended Laura’s (Genie Francis) mental health fundraiser. Unfortunately, he had an awkward conversation with Carly about Ferncliff that may blow his secret.

Carly approached “Kevin” to thank him for his help during the time she was locked away at Ferncliff, but then began to question him about the person who was in the room next to hers. Ryan became upset that she was asking about a patient who belonged there and told her to back off.

Ryan then tried to cover up his brief outburst by insisting he was simply being protective of Carly and wanted her to stay away from the dangerous patient. However, viewers are aware the patient is the real Kevin, while Ryan is a serial killer posing as his twin.

After trying to help out her former neighbor, Carly volunteered to bob for apples, only to see Mary Pat’s (Patricia Bethune) head floating in the barrel. It appears the moment will cause Carly to lose some sleep but did she really see Mary Pat’s head or did she just dream it?

Cameron (Will Lipton) already found Mary Pat’s ID on the pier and fans believe Bethune pretty much confirmed the character’s death on Twitter. However, someone still needs to discover the body.

In the ABC promo video, Laura asks Chase (Josh Swickard) and Jordan (Briana Nicole Henry) who could have committed such a heinous act. “GH” spoilers reveal Chase makes a gruesome discovery.

If Carly already found Mary Pat’s head, will Chase discover the rest of her body? In the preview, Ava (Maura West) screams in horror after seeing something at her gallery. Did Ryan leave Mary Pat’s body parts all over town or is there something else that managed to scare Ava?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EDT on ABC.
