Finn suspects something is going on between Nikolas and Elizabeth, but on the Monday, Dec. 12 episode of "General Hospital," Liz's confession may exceed Finn's expectations.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Finn (Michael Easton) tells Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) that she is mistaken if she believes he is going to protect Nikolas (Marcus Coloma). "GH" spoilers reveal Finn is left reeling.

In the previous episode, Finn told Elizabeth that he believed Esme (Avery Kristen Pohl) was hiding on Spoon Island and that Nikolas was helping her.

Finna wanted to go back to Spoon Island to investigate, but Elizabeth managed to talk him out of it. However, he decided the next best option was to tell the police commissioner about his suspicions.

Before they left, Finn went back to grab the pill bottle that Liz left on his desk, unaware that it was prenatal vitamins. Finn remembered seeing the same bottle when he went to visit Nikolas and questioned whether Elizabeth was pregnant.

Viewers are aware that Elizabeth has been helping Nikolas after he decided to hold Esme captive. Although Liz got the prenatal vitamins for Esme, it appears she will have to think fast to cover up the truth.

Will Elizabeth lie to Finn and fake a pregnancy to help Nikolas cover up his secret about Esme?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Drew (Cameron Mathison) asks someone if they know where baby Callie came from. "General Hospital" spoilers reveal Drew delivers bad news.

Drew has been trying to help Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) find her birth parents, but it appears he will hit a snag in his investigation. Drew will talk to someone who may know Willow's biological mother and want to know more about the birth.

However, since he's not going to deliver good news, it appears he won't get much information to help Willow search for her parents.

Other "GH" spoilers reveal Heather (Alley Mills) makes an unholy alliance, Nikolas won't concede to Esme, and Ava (Maura West) comforts Trina (Tabyana Ali).

"General Hospital" airs on weekdays at 3 p.m. ET on ABC.
