'General Hospital' Spoilers: Will Esme's Latest Escape Plan Convince Elizabeth To Help Nikolas?

Despite hitting her head, Elizabeth is certain she saw Nikolas at the pier the night she saw Esme. On the Tuesday episode of "General Hospital," Liz will confront Nikolas about his shady behavior.

In the ABC promo video, Elizabeth (Rebecca Herbst) wants to know Esme's (Avery Kristen Pohl) location. "GH" spoilers reveal Liz demands answers from Nikolas (temporarily played by Adam Huss).

After Elizabeth hit her head during her struggle with Esme at the pier, she remembered seeing Nikolas' face before she lost consciousness.

Since the police have yet to apprehend Esme, Elizabeth suspects Nikolas is the reason why the young woman was able to evade the police.

Viewers are aware Nikolas has been holding Esme captive at Wyndemere Castle after learning she was pregnant with his baby. However, she keeps trying to escape. From the looks of the promo, her latest plan may endanger her baby.

It appears Liz will demand answers from Nikolas about Esme just as the young woman is executing her escape.

Elsewhere in the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Carly (Laura Wright) makes a request. "General Hospital" spoilers reveal Carly discovers Josslyn's (Eden McCoy) secret.

In the previous episode, Josslyn found Dex (Evan Hofer) unconscious in her dorm and realized he needed more antibiotics for his gunshot wound. However, before Josslyn could leave to find supplies, Carly arrived.

It appears Carly will learn that Josslyn has been secretly helping Dex and will realize her daughter is in over her head. Will Carly help Josslyn save Dex?

Other "GH" spoilers tease Sonny (Maurice Benard) introduces Nina (Cynthia Watros) to Brick (Stephen A. Smith), Drew (Cameron Mathison) offers assistance, and Michael (Chad Duell) and Willow (Katelyn MacMullen) make a big decision.
