Shiloh (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) plans to take extreme measures to gain custody of his son on “General Hospital.” The actor is pictured in a scene from a previous episode. ABC

After Shiloh forced Franco to undergo the memory mapping procedure, Elizabeth was ecstatic when her husband finally woke up. On the Tuesday, Aug. 13 episode of “General Hospital,” Franco will struggle to understand the truth about his past and Drew’s memories.

In the ABC promo video, Franco (Roger Howarth) tells Liz (Rebecca Herbst) he has never seen her before in his life. “General Hospital” spoilers suggest Liz will be heartbroken as she tries to explain Shiloh’s (Coby Ryan McLaughlin) memory mapping scheme.

In the previous episode, Franco regained consciousness after undergoing Dr. Cabot’s (Time Winters) memory mapping procedure. After Kevin (Jon Lindstrom) evaluated him, he warned Liz to give Franco some space. However, she pushed past him and entered Franco’s hospital room.

Although Liz thought her husband had come back to her as he promised, she was shocked when he told her he needed to speak to his superior officer. At that point, it became clear that the memory mapping procedure was a success, and Franco thought he was Drew Cain (Billy Miller).

Will Franco use Drew’s memories to take Shiloh down, or will he refuse to believe Liz’s explanation about what happened to him?

Elsewhere in the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Chelsea (Jen Ray) asks Laura (Genie Francis) who she is trying to reach. “GH” spoilers reveal Laura makes a phone call.

After Ava (Maura West) raved about Chelsea’s ability to reach Kiki (Hayley Erin) on the other side, it appears Laura will be curious to learn whether Nikolas (Tyler Christopher) has found peace.

Will Laura get the answer she’s hoping for, or will Chelsea issue a warning to the grieving mother?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays airs 3 p.m. EDT on ABC.
