Carly has reached her breaking point after learning Sonny is growing closer to Margaux, but on the Thursday, Dec. 27 episode of “General Hospital,” Jason will attempt to save his friends’ marriage.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Sonny (Maurice Benard) tells Margaux (Elizabeth Hendrickson) she doesn’t have any leverage with Jason (Steve Burton). “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Jason warns Sonny not to get too close to Margaux.

Carly previously told Jason if Sonny cheated on her again, she wouldn’t take him back. After realizing Carly is not going to put up with any more of Sonny’s mistakes, Jason will seek out his friend to remind him to keep his distance from Margaux. However, there’s no guarantee Sonny will listen.

It appears Margaux plans to use Jason to her advantage, but will she need him to bring Sonny down or will she use him to get even closer to the mobster she once despised?

Nonetheless, it appears Sonny will have a hard time staying away from Margaux and remaining faithful to Carly may become a struggle.

Jason will try to keep his friends’ marriage from falling apart, but will his warning be enough to stop Sonny from falling back into old habits?

“General Hospital” airs weekdays at 3 p.m. EST on ABC.
