Ryan has fooled everyone in Port Charles into believing he is actually his twin brother, but on the Wednesday, Dec. 26 episode of “General Hospital,” Kevin will attempt to use his brother’s confidence against him.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Ryan (Jon Lindstrom) tells Kevin that he is totally pulling his plan off. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Ryan continues to torment Kevin.

Ryan will take the opportunity to gloat about outsmarting his brother, but it appears this may be his biggest mistake. “GH” spoilers reveal Kevin buys a little time.

Will Kevin be able to use Ryan’s confidence to trick him into believing he has the upper hand? Kevin knows his time is running out and Ryan is most likely going to get rid of him, but will he be able to secretly plan his escape from Ferncliff while exposing his brother’s secret?

Elsewhere in the ABC promo video, Liesl (Kathleen Gati) visits Nelle (Chloe Lanier) in jail and asks the prisoner where is that beautiful baby boy. Liesl knows she delivered a healthy baby boy to Nelle that night she went into labor on the side of the road.

Chances are she won’t buy Nelle’s story about Jonah dying shortly after his birth. Will Liesl tell Michael (Chad Duell) the truth about Nelle’s baby secret or will use the information as leverage against the inmate?
