It will be a day of doubt and suspicion for the residents of Port Charles as they try to secure a future for their loved ones. On the Tuesday, Nov. 6 episode of “General Hospital,” Michael inches closer to Nelle and Brad’s secret as Spencer attempts to cheer up Laura.

In the promo video for the ABC soap opera, Lucas (Ryan Carnes) tells Michael (Chad Duell) that Brad (Parry Shen) is terrified. “General Hospital” spoilers reveal Lucas gains a new perspective.

Brad has been doing his best to cover up the fact that he and Nelle (Chloe Lanier) swapped babies on the night she gave birth. She gave him her healthy baby boy, Jonah, while he handed her the real Wiley, who died in his sleep.

However, now that the baby has the same heart condition as Michael, the truth could be discovered at any moment. In the preview, Brad tells Julian (William deVry) that Lucas will need his help after he is gone.

Along with preparing for the worst, Brad is also trying to make sure Lucas has support while he is away. Lucas has begun to notice how Brad has been worried about losing their son and leaving him alone. Is Lucas starting to suspect his husband is hiding something about Wiley?

Elsewhere in the ABC preview, Michael asks Lucas if he has reconsidered. He previously revealed that being around Wiley has helped him feel at peace since losing Jonah, and it appears he may want some more time with the little guy.

Michael will offer his babysitting services in Brad’s absence, but will the kind gesture help him discover the truth about his son?

“GH” spoilers reveal Charlotte (Scarlett Fernandez) is on to Spencer (Nicolas Bechtel). In the previous episode, Spencer realized how hurt Laura (Genie Francis) was after “Kevin” (Jon Lindstrom) asked to separate.

Laura was going to stop campaigning for mayor and drop out of the race, but after some convincing, she decided to push forward. At the polls, Spencer was seen fidgeting with a voting machine and could have been trying to rig the votes in Laura’s favor. What will Charlotte do once she learns what Spencer has planned?
